Premier Properties Group opened in 2000, when Shawn Carroll realized a need in the local real estate market for a different approach. With the opening of his own company, he boldly challenged the competition by offering MORE SERVICE at less of a cost to his clients. The basis for his philosophy is three-fold:

We work hard for our commission and we provide a complete level of services, unique to this area, to our clients including: MLS Exposure (we are the only Montrose area firm to be full members of the Montrose, Telluride and Delta MLS), local advertising, regional advertising, FULL cooperation with other brokerages, and world wide advertising via the Internet. We provide years of expertise in residential, land, commercial, ranch, and motel sales. We offer complete, experienced representation as Buyer's Agents as well.
3. BEING DIFFERENT IS A GOOD THING! One of Shawn's favorite quotes begins with the following paragraph: "The man who follows the crowd, will usually get no further than the crowd; the man who walks alone is likely to find himself in places that no one has ever been before."
