      members of the Montrose, Telluride and Delta MLS), local advertising, regional advertising,
      FULL cooperation with other brokerages, and world wide advertising via the Internet.  We
      provide years of expertise in residential, land, commercial, ranch, and motel sales.  We offer
      complete, experienced representation as Buyer's Agents as well.

3.  BEING DIFFERENT IS A GOOD THING!  One of Shawn's favorite quotes
